Party Pieces and Finishing Touches

Adding something easy but special to the mix

With Thanksgiving just around the corner and loads of holiday parties ahead, I like to have a few thoughtful pieces on hand that can elevate or transform my wardrobe, while still staying true to my personal style.

I find that small details can make a really big difference. It’s all about the little things: a chic belt, elegant earrings, a bold necklace, or a new lip color.

And then I also enjoy finding a special piece or two to mix into my everyday uniform to feel instantly more festive. I just ordered this fringe shirt and I can’t wait to put it on for my next evening out - I’ll probably pair with a pair of black trousers or jeans, and a fun pair of flats.

I also love coming across dresses that I know will get a lot of repeat wear. This floaty sheer dress by COS is perfect for the holidays and beyond. And on the fringe front, I am also eyeing the Mr. Larkin tassel dress in the cream.
